1、 Improve the ability to participate

2、 Improve analytical skills

We should always go deep into the staff and workers, understand their thoughts, anxieties and expectations in a timely manner, master the first-hand materials, accurately reflect the wishes of the employees, and better represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the employees.
4、 Improve the ability of expression
It can not only bring up the staff's suggestions, but also bring back the spirit of the workers' Congress. It can not only express the wishes of the employees through their own language, but also bring the spirit and decision of the workers' Congress to the employees, so as to form a consensus, form a joint force and jointly promote the development of the company.
5、 Improve polymerization ability
The staff representatives should not only be the leaders in implementing the company's various decisions and arrangements, but also be responsible for solving doubts, relieving emotions and resolving contradictions. They should guide the staff to correctly understand the situation, treat problems rationally, enhance confidence and inspire spirit. It is necessary to go deep into the grass-roots staff, understand the thinking, work, living conditions and interest demands of front-line workers, timely reflect the difficulties and appeals of employees, be good at concentrating the wisdom and strength of employees, and actively provide suggestions for the development of the company. Workers' representatives can work out solutions according to their positions and roles. They can also classify them according to different problems and tasks according to production posts. In combination with the actual production and management of the units, they can form a team of workers' representatives to study and solve various difficulties and problems, and give full play to the role of "Zhu Geliang" as a "cobbler".
